CHANGE YOUR THINKING UN CLUTTER YOUR MIND
There is nothing on earth that you can’t have once you set your mind to it. There is an adage in Psychology that states that if you form a picture in your mind of what you would like to achieve and you hold onto that picture long enough you will soon become exactly what you thought of or envisioned.
It’s easy to go through life worried, depressed, feeling guilty and wondering where fate will lead you when you face adversity…the tests that life so often throws our way. You may, at that time, choose to stay grounded there, stuck, unable to ponder over anything else save your misery and your misfortunes. You could also choose to bury your head in the sand and pretend that all is well. Yet still you could choose to face your troubles head-on; struggle with them until you find a solution. The latter would require that you adopt a new mindset, that you unclutter your mind and believe in yourself. Believe in your capability to overcome anything and everything.
Adopting a new mindset may bring you the release you need; bringing you joy and happiness and an unforeseen inner strength which could launch you higher and higher up the ladder of self- belief and efficacy. Focusing on what has gone wrong in your life limits you and clips the wings you could use to fly again, leaving behind the fear and shame that comes with failure and the worry of what the world will think of you for you must not peg success on what others think of you but on what you think of yourself.
It’s time to clear the clutter in your mind… appreciate yourself as one who is fearfully and wonderfully made. God’s masterpiece. He made you perfect and flawless. You are one of a kind, empowered, talented, attractive and a seed of greatness. You deserve a wonderful life; a life of success; a life of great happiness; fulfilling relationships; excellent health and meaningful employment resulting in financial independence. This is your birthright so away with the negative self -thoughts.
